Milja is a tech leader with deep experience in business strategy and talent development. Over the last two decades, she has been dedicated to building teams, developing top performers and empowered women, resulting in exceptional business results. Milja enjoys empowering leaders across all stages of their professional journey. She brings a wealth of knowledge and strengths in areas such as digital transformation, enterprise business development, and leadership development. Known for her empathetic leadership style and strategic insight, Milja is driven by a mission to help people unlock potential and lead with confidence.
Melissa Walters Corfield, MA.
Melissa is a transformational leader who believes that purpose unlocks potential. Throughout her career leading high-performing teams across regions and functions in the tech industry, she's proven that when you invest in people, extraordinary results follow.
Having just completed her Master's in Leadership Studies with an Executive Leadership Specialization from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, Melissa is deepening her commitment to a philosophy she's lived: that the most sustainable success comes from aligning values with purpose, people, and performance. She's dedicated her professional life to building cultures where talent doesn't just develop, it flourishes.
