We're Melissa & Milja

A few years ago, we were exactly where you might be right now.

Successful careers in tech. High-performing teams. Hitting targets. And yet, something felt fundamentally off. We were busy, always responding, always delivering. But we'd lost touch with the part of leadership that made it feel worth it.

Milja's moment came early in her leadership career when a senior executive told her she cared too much about her team. That she needed to stop spending time with them and just give them a mandate. She ignored that advice, and built one of the most trusted, high-performing teams in the business.
